Junior (7 to 14 years) 6:30 pm till 7:30 pm Adult 7:30 pm till 8:30 pm Saturday Junior 11:00 am till 12:00 Adult 12:00 till 1:00 pm
We teach the Korean martial art of Taekwondo, which is a recognized
Olympic sport. In our classes we aim to improve fitness, teach self
defense skills and build confidence, self discipline and respect.
